We read every email. We’re a small indie team, so replies usually come within a few days.
Scores, unlocked facts, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, they reset. The app does not sync to iCloud.
That is a parental gate. Nerpa Tales is made for children, so purchases and links that leave the app first ask a question designed for grown-ups. If a child taps them, the gate simply closes.
In-app purchase refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund directly. We have no access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
No. The “Support real nerpas” screen only links to a conservation organisation’s own website, where any donation happens directly between you and them. We never handle donations and receive no part of them.
